I sometimes go cool places!

Well, seriously: I've been so lucky in my life to be able to travel to see new places, meet new people, and eat new food. I adore traveling for a lot of the same reasons that I love baking: curiosity, a love for new flavours (culinary or cultural), and the desire to experiment! Traveling has definitely influenced my baking... by exposure to new recipes and ingredients, but also by HOW different cultures eat. I hope you enjoy some snapshots from my past adventures.
